Aaron is a customer focused, bottom line driven professional with a proven and measurable track record in sales and management.
A graduate from the University of Western Ontario with a Degree in Economics and minors in Business and History. Aaron began his career in advertising while attending University, Aaron realized that he had a passion for business to business sales and soon transitioned into barter network sales. After establishing his business in Southwestern Ontario, Aaron naturally progressed into management and lead his employer to double digit growth year over year.
It was in 2008 when Aaron entered the dental profession as the National Sales Manager for a private dental supply company. During his 5 1/2 year tenure he was able to double the top line of a 20 year old company while increasing profitability year over year. In addition to the sales increase, Aaron was able to help establish a charitable foundation to help those who need it most.
Responsible for the External and Internal Sales Force, Aaron developed a unique and measurable synergy that resulted in new product addition of 28% for new products ordered on every sale.
With the continued success professionally, Aaron's family also began to grow. He is a proud husband and father to three incredible children. As travel commitments kept him away from his growing family, he decided that taking a step back from leading a sales force on a National level would allow him to utilize his sales ability, management style and professional relationships on a more local level to allow him to be home with his family.
In 2013, Aaron moved into dental implantology and has been instrumental in the surgical training and mentorship of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Periodontists, Prosthodontists and General Dentists throughout Southwestern Ontario. In addition to the surgical aspect of his position, Aaron also works with General Dentists, Dental Laboratories and Specialists by providing Continuing education to ensure a long term prosthetic result that exceeds patient and practitioner satisfaction.
Aaron's success lead him to a promotion and in late 2015 Aaron was a promoted to Field Sales Trainer for Canada. Aaron continues to train and develop new hires across the country in addition to his role as Surgical Territory Manager for Southwestern Ontario.
Aaron has been continually rewarded for significantly exceeding his sales targets for consecutive years. Aaron's success afforded him the ability to be accepted into The North American Achiever's Club for consecutive years 2015, 2016 and 2017. The North American Achiever's Club recognizes the top performers annually and highlights achievements above and beyond targets.
As a result of his continued achievements Aaron was promoted to Senior Surgical Territory Manager for Southwestern Ontario in 2018.
